Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
All orders are shipped to the mailing address you provide at the time of your order, therefore OrangeMamasitas is NOT responsible for any Lost, Stolen items or delays with shipping. Once your order has shipped, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 for any further information or sign up for text alerts on the USPS website using your tracking.
Signature is not required unless otherwise specified. Orangemamasitas is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777

- Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. Feel free to initiate a return by contacting us once your order is delivered.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS regarding any returns.
- 15% restocking fee will be applied to any cancelled orders or rejected items including shipping fees for rejected items which are not refundable.
- A $15 chargeback fee is applied to any store credits after a chargeback.

For our items, there is only store credit.

- Customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning all items. Orangemamasitas is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
- We must recieve the item within 7 days after contact.
- All returns must be requested & approved.
- Please allow 3-4 business days after returns are delivered tfor review and store credits to be issued.
- The store credit will be issued after returned items are reviewed. (NO REFUNDS)
- Orders CANNOT be cancelled or returned due to your event being cancelled or rescheduled
- Please note that all our items go through quality control prior to shipping, therefore customers are responsible for any damages they make on their clothing, so we advise that you handle it with care.

- Please ensure that the photos clearly display the tags attached to the item(s). This will help us confirm that the tags have not been removed and ensure a smooth return process. We will process your return request within 24 hours and provide you with further instructions.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged.
- Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- 20% fee will be applied to any items returned with any rips or stains( Please make sure to try on all clothes with no fragrance or makeup)
- The item has hygiene stickers still in place
- The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
- Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available
- Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded.
- Orangemamasitas is not responsible for shipping, reshipping or returns fees.
- Orangemamasitas is not responsible for damaged items in the mail.
- Orangemamasitas is not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Shipping fees and tax are non refundable.
- There are no direct exchanges. Customers will be able to use their store credit to make their exchanges or make a different purchase as they wish.
